The front page of the system gives front line managers a complete listing of personnel assigned to their site - including contact numbers
Shifts are easy to set up, we utilise start times only, there are no complex shift arrangements, and employees start times can be altered on a daily basis
Employees times are viewed as a group showing normal time, overtime and a running weekly total, at the end of the week managers can view, alter and approve time sheets which are directly down loaded into our payroll system.
Employees actual times and rounded times are shown, allowing managers to verify times quickly and easily.
